The Bullmastiff Association was founded in 1934 to promote and protect the Bullmastiff breed in the United Kingdom. We bring together owners, breeders, exhibitors and judges who share a commitment to the health, temperament and welfare of the breed.
The Bullmastiff was developed in England in the 19th century as a gamekeeper's dog, bred from the Mastiff and the Bulldog to be powerful, courageous and calm. Today it is valued as a loyal and devoted family companion.
